"A man who lived in the mid-1600's took a job teaching school to earn money to support his family. The school was in a shack and as the teacher, he had to do everything including cleaning and repair. In order to set a good example for his students, he did every task without complaint, and rewarded them for their efforts. He wrote a spelling book and grammar book, and because he observed people could not understand each other in the Americas, he spent more than 20 years and thousands of dollars to create a dictionary - doing all of the work himself. Noah Webster's dictionary had 70,000 words in it, and it sold more copies than any English book except the Bible."
