Tawna Noftzger Bio
Tawna Noftzger is the CEO/President for Butterfly Effect, a Corporate Coaching and Change Management organization. Tawna has focused her career on leading, guiding and directing personnel resources toward personal and organizational excellence and success. She has leveraged her career expertise to that of a Corporate Coach with her company, Butterfly Effect.
Previously, Ms. Noftzger had a lengthy and exceptional career in telecommunications, starting with Mountain Bell Telephone and Telegraph (which became US West with divestiture and later was bought out of QWEST), and finally with AT&T. During her career she led Sales and Customer Service teams and order management. In addition, she created curriculum and taught in both classroom and video broadcast venues in areas of technical expertise and supervisor training and education. The last seven years of her career she was a Senior Project Manager leading large project teams during the implementation of significant and complex telecommunications contracts for AT&T’s largest customers domestically and internationally. As an example, she successfully led project teams of up to 60 stakeholders in a Program Manager role for a merger of two major retail organizations worth over $160M in combined revenue, bringing the project in six months ahead of time.
Ms. Noftzger is certified in the Resource Associations Corp Attribute Index which is used to maximize human capital, and is based on the work of late Dr. Robert Hartman in the area of Axiology (the study of values). Tawna Noftzger holds a BS in Management/Human Resources from Park University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and is pursuing her graduate degree in Higher Education. She is an officer for Kiwanis Club of Independence, MO and the American Club Association, and an active member of the Independence Chamber of Commerce. She is currently an Ambassador for the 2008 United Way campaign.
Tawna is a Member of the Independence Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
